Cooper is a member of the GSA. He is a reccuring character and Delilah's love interest as shown in Desert Island and numberous times in part two. He joined GSA to learn how to be a better ally for his brother who is trans. Cooper is shown to be a bit reckless but overall is a caring guy and kind supportive brother.
