Delilah and Naomi first interacted on the bus during the field trip bonding over an instagram account of a lady who cuts sand. After that their relationship just grows and they quickly become best friends along with Arianna. Naomi stays with Delilah and tries her best to help her give birth. Their relationship is a bit strained when they both have a crush on Cooper, but they agree to become a throuple however Naomi tells Cooper that Delilah is Panda Express Girl and Cooper doesn't really like Naomi, so they stop being a throuple and Delilah is really mad at Naomi for telling Cooper and they have stopped being friends for the time being.
Arianna Lewis-O'Farrell

J was Delilah's friend even before the pilot. They both had sex once which got Delilah pregnant. Even if they seems to have some romantic feelings for each other, they both decided to keep a platonic relationship because they didn't want to lose each other as friends. They both keep taking care of one another.
Cooper
Even through Cooper was a member of the GSA club, Delilah really met him in The Wheels on the Bussy during their trip to San Francisco where she learned more about him. Delilah got touch by the support Cooper gives to his trans brother. She has immediately been sexualy attracted and had the idea to hook up with him sometimes. When Cooper started to show some love interest towards her she hesitated to get into it because her best friend Naomi had also a crush on him. Later, Naomi and Delilah tried to both dated Cooper as a throuple but he wasn't comfortable with this idea and admitted that he didn't love Naomi as much as he loves Delilah. After his revelation they both kissed and started to date each other.
